BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms stated below apply to all products purchased on felicity.solar. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

How to place an order

Orders are placed solely through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, shipping and billing information. Please check your order (e.g., the product(s) and shipping address) before clicking the “place order” button.

The description of any product in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the product. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

Acceptance of your order. A Contract will be formed for the goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order, you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (i.e., the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the shipping of any product supplied under the Contract.

Payment Methods

Payments for purchases made will be accepted through Stripe Payments, third-party services or other payment methods, such as: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.

Missed Payments

Product is not shipped until payment is confirmed.

Where to find the price of the product

The price of the products (including Tax) and any additional shipping or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date we accept the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

When payments are taken

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details during the website checkout process or via alternative payment method such as PayPal. Payment is taken at the moment you place the order.

Shipping Costs

Products will either be free of shipping charge or if a premium method of shipping is selected, paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase.

When we will provide the products

The timing of shipping will depend on the shipping method you select during the website checkout process. Please refer to the shipping and returns page on the website for further information about expected shipping times.

Shipping Delays

If the shipping of items you have ordered is outside of our reasonable control (eg bad weather), we will inform you as soon as possible. One Retail Group cannot be held responsible for delays to the shipping of goods outside of its reasonable control

RETURNS: In no case are goods to be returned without first obtaining our permission.

Buyer shall pay the costs of return of any goods and shall use its best efforts to insure that all packaging materials that we supply are maintained in suitable storage areas to protect them from damage, including, without limitation, from forklifts and weather. Goods must be securely packed to reach us without damage.

Material accepted for credit may be subject to a service charge plus all transportation charges. Credit for returned goods will be allowed only to the extent agreed to in writing by a duly authorized representative and no application for credit will be processed unless Buyer provides the original invoice number and date.

CANCELATION: Unless the cancelation is due to a default by us, once an order is placed with and accepted by us, the order cannot be canceled, unless we consents in writing.

If an order is canceled, Buyer shall reimburse us for any cost it incurs as a result of such cancelation, including but not limited to cancelation or restocking fees.

How long do I have to return my item?

We offer a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to our warehouse.

Returns Eligibility

In order for a return to be eligible for a refund please ensure you provide proof of shipping for your return within 30 days of the original purchase of your item. We kindly ask that you return your item to us in good condition with no signs of visible damage. Returns must be returned to us in an unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.

How To Return Your Items

To submit a return request, please complete the contact form on the contact page.

Someone from our Customer Service team will contact you with the RMA#. At that time shipping will be determined. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges outside of approved warranty claims.

Returns of undamaged batteries unrelated to warranty claims may be issued full refunds less a 30% restocking fee.

Repackage your item, if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible. Select a freight courier of your choice to return your order to us.

Please be sure to obtain a proof of postage once your item has been returned and if you could forward that onto us, we can then process your refund once your order is received and inspected at our warehouse (address shown above).

Once your item is received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our returns eligibility criteria outlined below.

Following a successful inspection of your return we will process a refund to the credit / debit card or PayPal account which was used to place the original order. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

I haven’t received my refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked. If you cannot see the transaction, please contact your card issuer company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
